Back By Popular Demand!

Moons Freckles has returned to Centerton Paints and Quarter Horses. Juli and Freckles competed in 2000 in the Novice Western Pleasure, winning first place under 3 judges at the the 2000 world show. We accumulated of 100 points in only 6 shows in 2001! We decided to sell Moons Freckles at the Mid Winter Sale in Lexington VA in January of 2001... she was the second high selling horse! After realizing what a HUGE mistake it was to let such a fine mare go, we decided to buy her back on July 28th, 2001. We shipped her right down to the trainers to get back into our show program. And after ONLY 6 rides, Freckles is back to her winning ways. We took her out to the Paint show in Harrington DE on August 18th where she pinned 2 & 3rd in the junior western pleasure out of 14 entries, and 3 & 4th in the amature western pleasure out of 14 entries!

Our goal for Freckles is to get another 100 pleasure points on her before the end of 2001. She will make a return to the 2002 APHA world show in the youth western pleasure, walk trot western pleasure, lead-line, amature western pleasure, and the senior western pleasure! After the 2002 world show she will be retired to our broodmare band. She has been offered free breedings to three leading western pleasure stallions... so we will be busy trying to decide which stallion will best suit Freckles. She will have a "date" with RR Blazing Zippo in 2003, during his first breeding season.

Look for this fine mare on the east coast, she is truly a PLEASURE to watch. Pictures are coming soon.

UPDATE: FULL SISTER "MOONS FANCY FACE" 2002 RES. WORLD CHAMPION JR. HUS HORSE!!! WOW! Congratulations to Michele Bauer on your continued success with this fine mare.

Up and coming pleasure prospects
RR Blazing Zippo attended his first show on August 18th where he was able to see all of the sights. He also was able to have his pictures taken, so look for them soon.

He is riding VERY quietly, and we look forward to being able to show him this fall. Hopefully hitting some of the later futurities. He has that classic Zippo movement, what a beauty he is turning into.

We have decided to stand RR Blazing Zippo to the public in 2002 to a very limited book. As we have our sights set on the 2002 APHA World Show... with our goal being to compete in the bridleless western pleasure challenge class.

Thanks for all of the inquiries about "Bond" and look for his new website and Journal advertisement which is coming this fall.
